Our work in Covington has grown into a regional office within the Kentucky Center for Restorative Justice (KCRJ), forming the foundation of the Northern Kentucky Restorative Hub. This shift reflects our ongoing commitment to restorative practices that begin with community relationships and grow outward with care.
We’re developing this hub slowly and intentionally guided by neighborhood leadership, local culture, and the understanding that restorative work is strongest when communities shape it themselves. Each additional hub within NKY will emerge at the pace that makes sense for the people who live there.
This approach is rooted in core restorative justice principles: relationship before process, community before system, and growth guided by trust. Over time, this model will support a thoughtful expansion of restorative hubs across Kentucky—always grounded in collaboration and and building collective wisdom, resilience, and community leadership.”
